CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Chesterfield Police are investigating after a man's body was found near railroad tracks in Chester.
Police discovered the body of an unidentified person near the 3700 block of Festival Park Plaza near the railroad tracks at about 4:30 p.m.
Police believe the person was at least partially struck by a passing train.
