The driver crashed while he tried to avoid a deer near the Route 5 exit (mile marker 20), according to police.

"Lainier Zahada, 30, of Florida, was driving a tractor and trailer hauling boxed food product southbound I-295 when he ran off road right in attempt to avoid a deer and overturned," a Virginia State Police spokesperson said. "Zahada has been charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain control, and driving with an invalid commercial driver's license."

The tractor-trailer was carrying macaroni and cheese. The product had to be off-loaded so the truck could be up righted and the area cleared.
