RICHMOND, Va. -- Police are investigating after shots were fired Halloween night near the 1200 block of Moore Street in Richmond.
Officers were called to the area shortly before 11:30 p.m.
According to an officer on the scene, the original call was for a party on West Moore Street and Kinney Street, in Richmond's Carver neighborhood,
While the party was breaking up, shots were fired, according to police.
No one was injured and no property was damaged.
Both VCU Police and Richmond Police are investigating the incident.
