HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- A Mechanicsville man and woman died from gunshot wounds Wednesday while Hanover Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call at the woman's home, according to the Hanover County Sheriff's office. Investigators were called to check the welfare of 45-year-old Robin Styles at a home along the 7000 block of River Valley Road at about 11:28 p.m. Wednesday.

"Upon arrival, units observed a female sitting on the front porch," Hanover Sheriff's Sergeant Matthew Ratchford wrote in an email. "As uniformed Officers began approaching the residence, the female ran inside the home. A short time later multiple gunshots were heard coming from the second floor. After entering the residence, Officers found two deceased individuals with apparent gunshot wounds."

Styles, as well as 45-year-old Eric Digiacomo, were found deceased with apparent gunshot wounds.

A eulogy poem telling friends to let go was left on Styles' Facebook page Wednesday evening.

"No suspects are being sought at this time," Ratchford said.

This is a developing story. Witnesses can send news tips, photos, and video here.
