RICHMOND, Va. -- A driver has been charged after more than 250 gallons of paint spilled off a truck on the ramp from West Laburnum Avenue to Interstate 64 in Richmond.
The spill occurred around 10:15 Friday morning.
While the paint was deemed not harmful, cleanup is expected to take several hours.
The driver, who has not been identified, as been charged with failure to secure a load by Virginia State Police.
Laburnum Avenue still closed as of 4:25 p.m.
