RICHMOND, Va. — Six people have been transported to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash involving a GRTC Pulse in Richmond Tuesday.
The crash occurred at approximately 5:50 p.m. at the intersection of West Broad Street and N Allen Ave.
The crash happened when a truck that was in a designated left turn lane, hit the front of the GRTC Pulse bus that was in Pulse bus lane, according to GRTC spokesperson Carrie Rose Pace.
Pace said the bus suffered minor damage.
Six people on the bus, including five passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries. The bus driver was also taken for observation, following GRTC protocol after a crash.
Police are still investigating the crash.
