RICHMOND, Va – Executive Chef Zach Wingold from Casa Del Barco in Short Pump showed us how to make a tuna tostada with thinkly sliced marinated ahi tuna, chipotle aioli, fried leeks and avocado on a crispy corn tortilla. The new menu item will be available at both the downtown and Short Pump locations!
