CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A special ceremony honored the 2018 Chesterfield Public Schools Students of the Year at the Chesterfield Technical Center Thursday evening.
Every year, two students from every school are honored for demonstrating citizenship, respect, responsibility, honesty and accountability.
The celebration was sponsored by the Midlothian Rotary Club.
