RICHMOND, Va. — The Library of Virginia, at 800 E. Broad Street, is being evacuated over reports of a suspicious package.
The alert was sent by the Virginia State Capitol Alert Network. Capitol Police warned people to avoid the area until further notice.
Police are on scene.
