RICHMOND, Va. -- Police arrested two men in connection to multiple armed robberies near the VCU campus.
The men tried to rob another man near the 900 block of North Harrison Street, in the Carver neighborhood, around 9 p.m. Monday, according to Richmond Police.
One suspect displayed a gun, but was unable to steal anything from the victim.
A few blocks away, police said the same two men robbed someone else.
The two men got away with the victim's wallet and cell phone.
Officers tracked down the two suspects and arrested them.
Neither of the two victims were injured.
