RICHMOND, Va. -- All lanes of I-195 north in Richmond have reopened after a tractor-trailer crash Friday morning.
It happened when a semi overturned near Westwood Avenue around 9:40 a.m.
Lanes were restricted for several hours before clews closed all northbound lanes while crews cleared the accident.
There was no word if anyone was injured in the crash.
