RICHMOND, Va – Chef Alex Bailey from the restaurant Pik Nik prepared a sophisticated Carolina Trout with Lemon Pistachio Crust and Avocado Creme Fraiche that appears on their seasonal menu. Pik Nik will also have local art on display for the First Friday celebration that kicks off April 6th.
