RICHMOND, Va. — A missing woman last seen on March 10 was found safe Thursday afternoon, according to Richmond police.
Officials had asked for help finding Luritha R. Carter, 59, of St. Johns Woods Drive in Richmond.
Police said Carter suffers from a medical condition and has not taken her medication.
“Thank you to all in the community who submitted information,” Major Crimes Detective Gerald Brissette said.
