22 cars damaged in Richmond neighborhood

RICHMOND, Va. -- Some people who live near Forest Hill Park made a startling discovery Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to the 2500 and 2600 blocks of Semmes Avenue just before 7 a.m. Wednesday after reports of someone damaging vehicles in the area.

Police counted 22 damaged vehicles, most with their windows broken out, in that area.
