RICHMOND, Va. – The seven days of Kwanzaa begins on Tuesday, December 26, and you can celebrate the annual African Harvest Festival at the 2017 Capital City Kwanzaa Festival. Event Organizer Janine Bell, along with featured performers Ban Caribe & Kevin Davis, stopped by our LIVE show to share a preview of what’s on tap for this years event. The 2017 Capital Kwanzaa Festival is Saturday, December 30th from 2 pm to 9 pm at the Dewey Gottwald Center in Richmond. Kevin Davis & Ban Caribe will take the stage at 6:45 pm.
