Sweet Leanne’s Coffee Brownie Sundae
Ingredients:
Brownie pieces (cut in 2 inch circle)
½ cup- chocolate syrup
1 cup- heavy whipping cream
1 tsp- sugar
1 cup- straight coffee (slightly cooled)
1 cup- vanilla ice cream
1 cup- coffee ice cream
6 – chocolate covered pretzel sticks
Directions:
In a blender combine heavy whipping cream and sugar. Mix on high until it becomes thick peaks.
Grab your favorite mug and place a brownie at bottom then top with 1 Tblsp of syrup.
Pour in ¼ cup of coffee on brownie.
Place one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of coffee ice cream on top.
Top of with whip cream and pretzel sticks.
