RICHMOND, Va. -- Light to moderate snow wrapped up mid-evening, with gradual clearing overnight. Untreated water on roadways will freeze by Sunday morning, as temperatures fall into the mid and upper 20s. Expect mostly sunny conditions on Sunday, with highs in the low 40s.
We’ll see a minor warm-up Monday and Tuesday, with highs returning to the mid to upper 40s. Another surge of cold air will arrive on Wednesday, with some areas remaining below freezing all day. Thursday will start with lows in the teens, and highs in the mid to upper 30s.
We’ll see another gradual warming trend heading into the weekend, with southerly winds developing, pushing highs into the mid 40s Friday and upper 40s Saturday.
