25th Annual James River Parade of Lights, Saturday, December 9th, 6 – 9 pm, at various viewing times depending on location. Richmond’s Libby Hill Park, Corner of 28th and East Franklin streets; Henrico County’s Osborne Park and Boat Landing, 9530 Osborne Turnpike; Chesterfield County has two sites and shuttle service will be available from the Heritage parking lot, off Old Stage Road, by the stop sign and before the railroad tracks, Dutch Gap Boat Landing, 441 Coxendale Road and Henricus Historical Park, 601 Coxendale Road. 31st Court End Christmas Sunday, December 10, from 12 to 5 p.m. and will include children’s activities, carriage rides, performances, refreshments, gift shops, music, tours, Garnett's at The Valentine and free admission and shuttle transportation to eleven historic sites. These include: The Valentine, the Valentine First Freedom Center, The Executive Mansion, Historic St. John’s Church, Virginia State Capitol, the John Marshall House, Monumental Church, ACWM – White House of the Confederacy, St. Paul's Church, Masons' Hall and the Egyptian Building!
