RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond Caterer Big Herm Baskerville is back to share his recipe for his 3-meat chili with a side of homemade cornbread. Big Herm shows us how to create this easy recipe on the using one large sautee pan and a crock pot .

Ingredients:
1 lb- ground beef
1 lb- ground spicy pork
1 lb- sirloin steak, chopped
1 cup- onions diced
3 - garlic cloves, smashed
1/8 cup - teriyaki sauce
1/8 cup - Worcestershire sauce
28 oz- diced tomatoes with juice
16 oz- pinto beans with juice
16 oz- chili beans with juice
16 oz - tomato sauce
3 - Tbls - chili powder
2 Tbls - cumin
1/2 tsp- salt
1/2 tsp - pepper
1 tsp - cinnamon
Directions:
Heat large sautee pan. Brown all meats, onions and garlic together. Deglaze pan with teriyaki and Worcestershire sauce. In a medium/large crock pot add in all the rest of the ingredients. Place meat on top and stir. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. Serve with cheese and sour cream
