High Blood Pressure: 130/80 is the new high

RICHMOND, Va. - In November the American Heart association and the American College of Cardiology published new guidelines for the detection, prevention and treatment of high blood pressure. High blood pressure is now considered any measurement at or above 130 systolic or 80 diastolic. Executive Medical Director for Bon Secours Neuroscience Institute, Dr. Stacey Epps shared details on the change and how it will help people prevent and treat high blood pressure sooner.
