Women charged with Chesterfield Town Center crime

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Two women were arrested and charged following an incident that started at Chesterfield Town Center, according to Chesterfield Police.

Shakira Bell was charged with Eluding and Larceny.

Kierra Baskerville was charged with Larceny.

The women, police said, stole clothes from Macy’s at the Chesterfield mall.

When police attempted to stop the women, they drove off.

Police began their pursuit of the women at Midlothian Turnpike and Chippenham Parkway. Their car drove through multiple lanes of traffic and exited Chippenham south onto Hull Street, before the car crashed.
