A little chilly for the Christmas Parade

RICHMOND, Va. -- The 34th annual Dominion Energy Christmas Parade will start at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 2.

Daybreak lows will be in the low to mid 30s, and temperatures for the start of the parade will be in the upper 40s.  Wind speeds should stay under 10 mph.  Temperatures will warm above 50° by noon.  Sunshine will mix with some high clouds.

The parade route begins at the Science Museum of Virginia on West Broad Street, and continues east to 7th Street.

We will have coverage of parade preparations from 6 to 8 a.m. on CBS 6 Saturday morning.  The Dominion Energy Christmas Parade will air live on CBS 6 at 10 a.m. and wtvr.com, and will be rebroadcast on Christmas Day.
