RICHMOND, VA. - Petersburg's Fire and Police departments are going head-to-head at the "Guns and Hoses Blood Drive." The drive is in honor of the lives lost on September 11, 2001. The event takes place Monday, September 11 at Union Station in Petersburg, from 2pm - 7pm.
