Grilled Oysters & Sangria: The Perfect Pair

RICHMOND, Va. – Executive Chef TV Flynn from The Tides Inn made a return visit to our live show.  His succulent fresh grilled oysters paired with a cool and refreshing strawberry-watermelon sangria was on today’s Virginia This Morning menu. For more information visit www.tidesinn.com

Strawberry-Watermelon Sangria

1 Bottle chilled Rose Wine

1/2 Cup Sugar

10 oz Strawberry Lemonade

2 cups sliced Strawberries

2 cups small-diced Watermelon

1 bottle Northern Neck Ginger Ale

Mix all ingredients together, excluding ginger ale, and let chill. Right before serving add ginger ale and fresh fruit for garnish. Enjoy!
