RICHMOND, Va. — Austin Kitchen known as “RVA Fit Foodie” made her debut in the Virginia This Morning kitchen.
She showed us how quick and easy it is to whip up a pan of tasty Sweet Potato Hash and Healthy Overnight Oats.

Overnight Oats:
Ingredients:
•1/2c almond milk
•1/2c gluten free oats
•2 tbsp almond butter
•3/4 tbsp chia seeds
•1 tbs maple syrup (or other sweetener of choice)
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•1/2c almond milk

Directions
1. Place all ingredients into an airtight jar.
2, Mix thoroughly.
3. Place into fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4. Remove & ENJOY!
