PETERSBURG, Va. -- A truck driver was not seriously injured in what looked like a serious crash Tuesday morning in Petersburg.

While the cause of the crash remained under investigation, the result was the truck knocking down a utility pole at South Crater Street and East Wythe Road.

Work crews are on scene trying to prevent oil from spilling out into the sewer.

The crash and clean-up have blocked parts of South Crater Road.
