"I am happy to announce that I intend to cause to be appointed, effective January 1st, Lincoln Saunders to the role of acting Chief of Staff. In his current role as Chief of Staff to First Lady Dorothy McAuliffe, Lincoln has been dedicated to helping improve the quality of life for children in Virginia,” Stoney said Monday.

Selena will also be charged with assembling and developing the team of skilled and committed professionals needed throughout the organization to implement my bold vision and make Richmond an AAA bond rated city. I look forward to working closely with Selena to assure that these goals are realized.”
