HENRICO, Va. – A neighborhood with over 400 homes in Eastern Henrico has been under siege by a tire slasher since early November.
"We don't know why it's happening,” said Mary Bowman, a resident who lives in the Four Mile Run neighborhood.
Bowman said her tires have been slashed six different times in November.
Surveillance footage taken from her driveway on Heather Ridge Road captures a person in a sweatshirt moving around the vehicle.
Bowman said that each time that happens, she wakes up to flat tires.
"You're getting up at all times of night to go look out the window, and you're listening to every sound that you hear,” she said. “That's no peace.”

Bowman isn't the only person whose tires have been slashed. On Tuesday morning, a CBS 6 reporter spotted two other vehicles with deflated tires.
Henrico Police said seven reports of cut tires have been filed by neighborhood residents since November 3.
Each time, police said the slashing happened during the night.
"We just got this person on a rampage and we don't know what the motive is,” Bowman said.
Bowman said it is mind boggling that anyone would do this to her vehicles.
"We just want it to stop,” she said. “We just want it to stop because it's so expensive to keep buying new tires.”
Bowman added that what's worse than a hit to the pocket book that she does not know when it could happen again.
"You're afraid the same thing is going to happen again because it keeps on happening,” she said.
Henrico police have no suspect information to release at this time. They have reviewed video footage have asked neighbors in the area to give them a call if they seeing something suspicious.
