RICHMOND, Va. — A storm system will sweep across Virginia on Thursday with some showers. The best chance of seeing rain will be during the morning hours. Rain will shift east of the area after noon, and clouds may even break towards mid-afternoon.
Travel weather Thursday afternoon, Thursday evening and much of Friday will be dry. The nearest problem areas will be across northern Pennsylvania into southern New York, where a wintry mix and some snow accumulation will be possible.
