RICHMOND, Va. — These inseparable sisters, Listene and Isiasha, are two bright young ladies in need of a forever home.

Listene has a variety of hobbies including basketball, singing, dancing, skating, reading, watching TV, and eating out with friends.

Listene loves animals, particularly dogs, and one day hopes to have one of her very own!

Listene is seeking a family who is involved in their community, as she regularly attends church and has made close ties within that community.

Isiasha is a clever young lady who has dreams of one day going to Harvard to study engineering.

In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, learning about animals and toying with computers.

A sweet and compassionate soul, Iaisha wants nothing more than to see everyone happy!

In Virginia, we have hundreds of children who are ready for foster to adoption. In other words, these children are ready to find their permanent and loving forever families. As Connecting Hearts in Virginia -A Deborah J. Johnston Charity celebrates National Adoption Month, our “30 Kids in 30 Days” initiative is to bring awareness to 30 kids who are available for forever homes, but also to shed light on the hundreds of children who may not be seen. Our kids are all ages and races, they were put in foster care due to no fault of their own.
