CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Two men have been arrested after police say they pointed firearms at store employees of a Chesterfield market within 1,000 feet of an elementary school.

Investigators say the incident occurred in front of the Market Place on Walmsley Boulevard on the night of November 12.

Police say Holland T Fisher Jr., 22, entered the business and made a purchase.

That’s when employees recognized him as owing a small amount of money from a previous transaction and followed him outside to confront him about it.

During the verbal altercation, Fisher and Frank T Hubbard Jr., 45, allegedly brandished firearms at the store employees and fled the store parking lot in a vehicle.

Police ultimately located and arrested the two men.

Fisher and Hubbard have been charged with brandishing a firearm in or around a school. Chalkley Elementary School was located within 1,000 feet of the reported incident.
