RICHMOND, Va. — Police are looking for at least one suspect after a stabbing at a house party in the city’s Byrd Park neighborhood.
Officers responded to reports of a disturbance at a home in the 1700 block of Lakeview Avenue around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Someone originally reported a shooting but police found no one injured. Sometime shortly afterwards, officers found a person with a stab wound to the abdomen.
Paramedics treated the victim and there is no word yet on their condition.
Investigators have not announced any arrests.
