RICHMOND, Va. – The 2nd Annual “Williamsburg Harvest Celebration” is currently underway. Chef Josh Segal along with Simon Smith from The Williamsburg Winery joined us in the kitchen and featured a tasty pairing of foods and wines. Chef Segal talked about his signature dishes including, a Butternut Squash Bisque and Baked Oysters paired with wilted Arugula and Duck Bacon. The 2nd Annual “Williamsburg Harvest Celebration” kicked off Friday, November 4th and continues through Sunday, November 13th at various locations in the Greater Williamsburg area.
