Lancaster County Wreck
LANCASTER COUNTY, Va. – Six people have been hurt after two vehicles collided head-on Friday in Lancaster County.
Sgt. Steve Vick said the wreck happened near Route 3 and Route 354.
Two of the victims were transported to Riverside Tappahannock Hospital, three were taken to Rappahannock General and one victim was med- flighted to VCU Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Vick said detours are posted.
Troopers are still investigating what caused the wreck.
