86-year-old Richmond man has been missing since October

RICHMOND, Va. – Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a Richmond man who was reported missing on October 25.

Harry Pegram Jr, 86, is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds with salt and pepper hair. He was also clean shaven and had short-cut hair.

Police did not specify the exact area he was last seen, but says he was last seen wearing a red plaid jacket, blue dress pants, a blue or black baseball cap and black shoes.

Anyone who sees Mr. Pegram or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call Major Crimes Detective Kristie Reed at (804) 646-6870 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
