LOUISA COUNTY, Va. – Students from the VCU School of Dentistry teamed up with Magic Wheelchair to create a Halloween costume for one special little girl named Chloey.

The big reveal happened Saturday afternoon at the family’s home in Louisa County.

Chloey’s parents were kept in the dark as Magic Wheelchair team members put the finishing touches on the intricate creation.

Chloey was dressed as a mermaid riding a brilliant blue sea turtle. The turtle's massive shell was illuminated with tiny lights and the creature's lifelike eyes also glowed. The back of Chloey’s was transformed into a seashell and the creation also featured a vibrant purple tail for the mermaid.

During a Facebook LIVE video, team members revealed how some elements of the costume were made with a 3D printer.

When asked if Chloey liked her costume, a friend replied "yes" as music from Disney’s “Frozen” soundtrack played in the background.

When Chloey's parents came out, they spotted their daughter dressed in the fantastical design/

“Oh my gosh, princess!” Chloey’s mom replied. “You look so pretty.”

Magic Wheelchairis a non-profit organization that creates costumes for children in wheelchairs by transforming their chairs into magical rides.

The group's goal is to put a smile on the face of every child in a wheelchair and they certainly did that for Chloey and her family.

“You guys did amazing,” Chloey’s mom said.

Happy Halloween, Chloey!
