GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. - The Goochland Bulldogs cracked our CBS 6/Fox Sports 910 high school poll this week and responded with a 28-14 win over Central-Lunenburg.
Calvin Martin started the scoring for Goochland (9-0) with a 20 yard scoring run in the 1st quarter, and Cordell Maddox added a 62 yard TD run later in the first half. Maddox ran for 111 yards and two scores while Martin ran for 99 yards.
The Chargers (7-2) were led by Malik Foster who carried 24 times for 120 yards and 2 TDs.
