RICHMOND, Va. – Family and friends held a vigil for a missing Richmond woman who has not been seen for nearly a month.
Twenty-one-year-old Keeshae Jacobs was last seen in Chimborazo Park on Sept. 25.
Family and friends, along with the Citizens Against Crime group, gathered outside the Manchester Courthouse to pray for her safe return Saturday afternoon.
"She told a family member she would see them the next day. She did not return to her residence in the Westover neighborhood," a Richmond Police spokesperson said.
Jacobs' grandmother, Annie Gail, told WTVR CBS 6 earlier this month that everything seemed normal when her granddaughter was at her house looking for a job online before she vanished.
Family members said they are very worried since it is not like her to just up and leave and not contact anyone.
"Give us a lead on something. Just to let us know that she's safe and she's sound," Gail begged. "Just let us know something."
Her family said her cell phone and credit cards have not been used.
