RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond mayoral candidate Levar Stoney will answer questions from voters via Facebook LIVE Monday night.

Stoney, who will appear on CBS 6 News at 7, will begin his online question and answer session on the WTVR CBS 6 News Facebook page at about 7:30 p.m.

If you have question for Stoney, please leave it on the Facebook wall during the day, tweet it @CBS6, ask it live on Facebook,  or email it here.

Stoney most recently served as Secretary of the Commonwealth under Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe.

He has raised the most money among Richmond mayoral candidates and was recently endorsed by the Richmond City Democratic Committee, the official Richmond arm of the Democratic Party of Virginia.

“Levar is a principled Democrat with a long history of advocating for restorative justice and progressive values that would be the hallmark of a new Richmond,” DPVA Chairwoman Susan Swecker said. “The overwhelming support for Levar within the Richmond Democratic Committee speaks volumes about his commitment to fighting for the people of Richmond.”

WTVR CBS 6 has extended an invitation to all Richmond mayoral candidates to appear on the CBS 6 News at 7 and on Facebook LIVE.

Candidate Lawrence Williams is scheduled to appear on Tuesday, September 27.
