HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — A crash is backing up traffic on I-95 south in Hanover County Friday afternoon.
The wreck closed in the interstate’s left and center lanes near Doswell (mile marker 98) around 2:50 p.m., but all lanes had reopened by 3:20.
As of 3:40 p.m., traffic was backed up three miles.
Drivers are warned to expect delays.
