Pepper jack cheese stuffed meatballs
1 lb of ground beef
1 cup of bread crumbs
Pepper jack cheese (cut into small pieces)
½ cup of flour
Preheat Deep fryer to 375 degrees
Put ½ cup of crumbs in small bowl and set aside
Put flour in a separate bowl and set aside
Beat 1 egg in a small bowl and set aside
Mix ground beef, ½ cup, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried parsley and 1 egg
Break off small pieces of mixture and stuff w/ cheese. Roll into small balls.
Dip into flour, then into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.
Carefully drop balls into deep fryer one at a time.
Let fry for about 6 mins. Drain on paper towel lined platter.
