HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – School is back is session and in an effort to surprise those who always pay it forward, CBS 6 surprised the devoted teachers at Primrose School in the West End.

CBS 6 anchor Rob Cardwell, with the help of Union Bank and Trust, surprised the Henrico teachers in a back-to-school edition of CBS 6 Gives.

“This is CBS 6 Gives, where we give back to those who are hard workers in the community,” Rob said to two teachers. “We have brought you guys… bagels, bagels, bagels… We just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work that you do.”

“Thank you so much,” the teachers said with a hug.

“I got bagels for everybody,” Rob said walking through the school hallway.

“The only thing we ask is that you guys pay it forward, but it seems like you guys already do that every day… You are tearing up?” Rob asked one teacher.

“It’s just so sweet. You’re very sweet,” the teacher said with a hug.
