HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A downed tree blocked portions of River Road, near Three Chopt Road and the Henrico County-Richmond line.
The closure significantly backed up traffic back to the Huguenot Bridge.
Police have not yet said if anyone was hurt in the incident.
