RICHMOND, Va. - Raising children is very rewarding, but you can come across challenges along the way and it’s great to have resources in place that you can turn to. Richmond Parent Educator Arthur F. D. Johnson shared details on his FREE 12 week program designed to educate parents on values and standards in the lives of the children and the family unit.
