Omni Homestead Hotel celebrates the best cuisine

RICHMOND, Va. - 2016 marks the 250th year for the historic Omni Homestead Hotel nestled in the mountains of Hot Springs, Virginia. To celebrate the milestone each month, the hotel has a  special theme, August is the “Best in Culinary Arts”’ Executive Chef Gregory Barnhill joined us in the kitchen to demo how to create his signature Cripsy Buttermilk Quail, served over Shenandoah Grits with Roasted Corn Relish and Nashville Hot Sauce.
