RICHMOND, Va - Hatch Chile Peppers are only in season for a short time, Kroger Executive Chef John Ellis joined us in the kitchen to share two *hot* recipes featuring the seasonal pepper that you will want to add to your recipe collection. One is stuffed with quinoa served with a cilantro honey yogurt sauce and the other is made with a cinnamon chipotle turkey mix topped with cojita cheese.
