HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — Two men were arrested and charged in connection to a series of car break-ins at Laurel Meadows in Mechanicsville. Hanover Deputies responded to the neighborhood at about 11:50 p.m. Thursday.

“Once on scene deputies located an unoccupied suspicious vehicle located close to the entrance of the neighborhood. Deputies immediately set up a perimeter around the neighborhood, covering all entrances and exits.
