Bestselling author, Kathleen Grissom, to visit Chesterfield County library

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Kathleen Grissom, author of the New York Times bestselling book, “The Kitchen House,” will be at the Chesterfield County Public Library to talk about her life and work.

Grissom, who lives in Virginia, is currently on tour promoting her new book, “Glory Over Everything,” which is a follow up to “The Kitchen House.” “The Kitchen House” is a story about an Irish orphan living on a Virginia plantation.

The award-winning writer will talk about her life and work on Friday, Aug. 5, 7-8:30 p.m., North Courthouse Road Library, located at 325 Courthouse Road in North Chesterfield. Copies of her books will be available for sale and a book signing will take place after the program.

Members of the Friends of the Chesterfield County Public Library will get priority seating at the event and registration is required.
