Toe-Tapping Bluegrass with The River City Band

RICHMOND, Va. - Talented Bluegrass group ‘The River City Band’ made a return visit to Virginia This Morning to play a selection of classic bluegrass songs in tribute to the late Ralph Stanley, a legendary performer who passed last month.
