RICHMOND, Va. – A crash on I-95 south, near the Boulevard, has caused a major backup on I-95 south and I-64 east Tuesday evening.
The crash near mile marker 78 has closed the left lane on I-95 south, causing a two mile backup. The crash has also caused a three mile backup on I-64 east.
UPDATE: All lanes are now open. There is a 3.5 mile backup on both I-95 south and I-64 east. Continue to expect residual delays.
